Progressive Cyber

Progressive Cyber Stud Online Casino Poker is a variation of the standard Cyberstud Poker. The game allows a range of bet sizes. A very few online casinos have the game of Progressive Cyber Stud Poker. More and more casinos are adding this game into their gaming database. The game is played between the player and the Dealer. The player with the best hand wins the online poker game. The poker game is played with a set of 52 cards. No joker or wild cards exist in Progressive Cyberstud Poker. The cards are shuffled before each game.
Rules
The player first places an Ante bet. The Ante bet is placed as a side bet for the Progressive Jackpot. The player is dealt five cards and the Dealer is dealt one card. The player on receiving the cards may either choose to fold or call. If he chooses to fold, then he looses the Ante bet or can choose to call the hand by putting by placing an amount equaling double the Ante bet. If the player makes a call, then the dealer will qualify only if the Dealer has a hand of Ace/King or higher. If the Dealer does not 'qualify' then the players who had not fold the cards will win the Ante bet at 1:1 odds and the bet wager is returned to the players. In case the Dealer has a higher hand, then the Dealer qualifies. In that case, the player who had made the call need have a higher ranking poker hand than the dealer, or else the player looses both the Ante and the bet. If the player has a higher poker hand, then the Ante is paid off 1:1. The bet is paid according to the payout table. The payout depends upon the cards in the players' hand.
The additional bet makes the player eligible to play for the Progressive Jackpot. This additional bet is what was referred in the earlier paragraph as Ante bet. It is a compulsory bet fixed at one credit and is placed by default on entering the game. To win the Progressive Jackpot, the player will have to receive three consecutive Royal Flushes in one hand. It is a combination of Aces, King, Queen, Jack and Ten, all of the same suit. Progressive Jackpot is constantly accumulating. The value of the jackpot amount at a particular time is displayed on the screen in the game. When a player wins the jackpot, players around the world are informed and the value is set to the fixed minimum value.
